At Bobo Digital Marketing Agency, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your unique business needs. Our refund policy is designed in compliance with Australian consumer laws and reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction while acknowledging the nature of our services.
- Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any campaign. Our services are largely pre-planned and involve resource allocation and scheduling to meet your specific needs.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and other bespoke services, all fees are non-refundable once a campaign has begun. This policy is in place because our services involve significant preparation, custom strategy development, and resource allocation that cannot be reclaimed once a campaign is underway.
- Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, clients are charged monthly. Subscription can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@bobodigital.net. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be incurred, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their contract at any time. If a contract is cancelled mid-month, the service will be provided until the end of that billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- Client Cooperation: Refunds will not be applicable if the client does not cooperate with our recommended strategies or if the client engages another digital marketing service provider concurrently.
- Access and Availability: Refunds will not be applicable if the client fails to provide necessary access to digital assets or if the client's digital platforms are non-operational or inaccessible.
- Major Failures: In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, if our services have a major failure, clients are entitled to a choice of a refund or compensation for the drop in service value. A major failure occurs when a service:
- Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
- Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
- Creates an unsafe situation.
- Service Issues: For minor problems with our services, we will endeavor to provide a solution or a partial credit towards future services, at our discretion.
